This handmade wood fired ceramic chawan is crafted with two iron bearing clays, a smooth one and a more coarse one, creating a unique rusty iron look. The bowl is glazed with a special iron bearing 'tenmokku' glaze as a small effect i gave the bowl a lick of my rice husk glaze creating a glossy look on a part of the bowl..
