Return Policy

Each of my handmade pottery items is unique, they are by nature and design imperfect. I do sometimes make sets of similar items but if you are looking for identical factory perfect items, you will not find them here. I have made every attempt to provide information about all of the unique characteristics of each item I am offering for sale, using written descriptions, images with zoom function and various measurements. If you would like more information about an item please email me with your questions and requests. It is important to note that color is not always captured photographically as your eye sees and that colors in a photograph vary greatly across electronic devices - so please contact me if exact color is of concern to you so we can figure out together if the item you like is right for you.

I do have a brick and mortar location so if you want to drop in and see the atelier meet us you are most welcome to see our work before you buy come see us at the 3TREESatelier.

My hope is that if you take care in making your selection using all the information I have provide on my web pages you will love your new pottery and return again to expand your collection.

All returns postmarked within 30 days of your order are accepted for refund of the item price including tax charged. Returned items postmarked after 30 days of your order will be charged a 50% restocking fee. No refunds are offered after 60 days. Purchases made during the holiday season from November 25th to December 25th will be exempt from the 50% restocking fee if you have made arrangements with me and the return is postmarked by Jan 24th. Shipping costs are not refundable and you are responsible for the full cost of return postage. Returned items must be packed securely in the original boxes with the original packing materials and insured for damage. Returned items that arrive damaged and uninsured will not be refunded. Please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements for any return. If you still have questions please contact me with your question.

If I have made an error in fulfilling your order I will exchange the item for the correct one at no additional charge to you, please contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements.
